** Limited-life consumable components and accessories are exempt from the Klatre Limited Warranty, unless they are found to be defective or broken upon purchase of the product.


** The Klatre Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance, installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than Klatre or a Klatre authorized reseller that is authorized to carry out Klatre warranty work.


** In some cases, we may ask you to send your damaged earphones back to our warehouse for troubleshooting, please be aware.
